Our Promise
Safe. Stable. Dignified.
Our Mission

We exist to serve those
who served us all

Yannick Services was founded by a family with a deep belief that every veteran who served this country deserves more than a roof over their head โ€” they deserve a real home. A place of safety, community, and dignity where they can focus on rebuilding their lives.

We work directly with the Indianapolis VA, the Indianapolis Housing Agency, and local veteran support organizations to provide housing that meets the highest standards of quality and care.

Dignified, inspected, and well-maintained housing
Full compliance with VA and HUD-VASH standards
Reliable, responsive management available to residents
A community environment built on mutual respect
Mission Statement
"To provide every veteran in Indianapolis access to safe, stable, and dignified housing โ€” and to be the most trusted private veteran housing partner in the state of Indiana."

01
Safety first. Every property meets or exceeds VA NSPIRE inspection standards before a veteran ever walks through the door.
02
Dignity always. We treat every resident as a person of honor, not a case number.
03
Accountability built in. We communicate proactively with VA case managers and hold ourselves to the highest standard.

Our Family Promise
Why We Do This
We started Yannick Services because we believe veterans deserve better than what too many of them receive. This isn't a transaction for us โ€” it's a mission. We show up every day with the same commitment to excellence that the veterans we serve showed up with for this country.

More than a bed. A foundation.

Every Yannick Services property is selected, prepared, and maintained to provide veterans with an environment that supports stability and forward progress.

๐Ÿ
Fully Furnished Rooms
Move-in ready bedrooms with bed, storage, and all essentials. No veteran should arrive to an empty room. We make sure day one feels like home.
๐Ÿ”’
Safe, Inspected Properties
Every property passes VA NSPIRE inspection standards. Smoke detectors, CO detectors, proper egress, clean and pest-free โ€” fully compliant before occupancy.
๐Ÿฝ๏ธ
Shared Common Areas
Functional kitchen, shared living space, and laundry access. Common areas are maintained to a high standard through a shared responsibility schedule.

๐Ÿ“ž

Our team is reachable. Whether it's a maintenance concern, a billing question, or a community issue โ€” we respond. Veterans in our homes are not left on their own.
VA Partnership

How We Work With the VA

We operate within established VA and HUD housing frameworks, ensuring every placement is compliant, coordinated, and set up for long-term success.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ
HUD-VASH Program
Primary placement pathway
We are a registered landlord with the Indianapolis Housing Agency (IHA) for the HUD-VASH program. Veterans with vouchers are referred to our properties, IHA conducts NSPIRE inspection, and upon passing, a 12-month lease is signed. IHA pays the housing authority portion directly to us monthly โ€” veterans pay no more than 30% of their income.
๐Ÿค
SSVF Referral Pipeline
Secondary referral pathway
Through our partnership with HVAF of Indiana, we receive referrals from the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program. Veterans in rapid rehousing situations can be placed with us while HVAF manages the subsidy coordination.
๐Ÿฅ
Roudebush VAMC
Care coordination partner
We maintain an active relationship with the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center's Homeless Program office in Indianapolis. Our properties are registered with the VA's referral network and we cooperate fully with case managers, social workers, and the Homeless Coordinator team.
๐Ÿ“‹
Community Residential Care
VA housing classification
Our homes are registered as Community Residential Care (CRC) providers โ€” the VA classification for private housing that serves veterans who benefit from a supervised, community living environment.
How a Veteran Gets Placed in a Yannick Services Home
1
VA determines VASH eligibility & issues voucher
2
Veteran selects our property & submits RFTA to IHA
3
IHA schedules NSPIRE property inspection
4
Inspection passed โ†’ 12-month lease signed
5
IHA pays directly to us ยท Veteran moves in

Once voucher is issued, tell your case manager you'd like to be placed with Yannick Services
